BMW Parts Department

This is the worst place you can order from. I order four bushing for my BMW and every time I call either they don’t answer or if they answer they will hang up in my face specifically a person his name ((DONOVAN )) bad customer service bad attitude I ask him can you get your manager on the phone? He say his manager it’s in a vacation and he gonna be back after a week. It was a lie. His manager name is Jamison or James. I can’t remember exactly but some way somehow I get in touch with him and I explain in this situation and he told me he can resolve the issue and he can send my part on the day after but none of that happened matter of fact they go and cancel the order and they didn’t even refund my money so when I call today, this is what they told me. We cancel the order. and I answer I did

Was told parts in stock. After 4 working days I called. Said was special order. Told me part should get to them in 2 days then wait another 2-4 to ship.

Received a damaged part, submitted a return request same day. After a week had gone by with no response, I started calling them. The first few times I was actually able to get someone on the phone, but it was always “send pics to our email and I’ll talk to my manager”, only to never hear from them again. They eventually stopped answering my calls, didn’t respond to my voicemails, and didnt respond to my emails. After a month of this, I eventually just had to file a dispute through my CC. Still out of pocket almost $200 as of writing this.

Placed an order and received confirmation that it would be shipped within 24 hours. Later, I got a notification saying the order was ready for local pickup. When I called, they told me they don’t ship batteries — which is understandable. However, I was still charged shipping fees, even though local pickup would have cost less. When I asked for a refund of the shipping fee, the staff had a poor attitude and refused to acknowledge the issue. Now I have to drive an hour to pick it up and still pay for shipping. Very disappointing experience.

The Parts Department works perfectly, but I can’t say anything good about the service managers who accept the work. Maybe I got an incompetent employee.
