BMW Repair Nashville

They said my car would be ready in a few hours. Called 4 hours later they said it would be ready in about an hour. 4:45PM I call again, no answer, turns out they decided to lock my car up overnight and close without telling me. I walked home. Next day I give them heads up I was coming to pick up the car. I show up, they say 5 minutes left to go, I wait 15 minutes and then the receptionist walks away and so do I, without my car, again. Hours later I get a call that it’s finally ready. Thanks for all the wasted time and for never being honest with me.

New to Nashville. I needed an an oil change and a check-up for my BMW. I choose this place becasue they had a awesome Google reviews (only 2 reveiws) Its a small shop but damn... Google was right! I had to add my own reveiw. Beside having the confusing name "BMW repair" on Google and a "Percison Auto' sign I give this place top marks. I dont like to give 5 STARS to any business but what can I say? They were exactly what I want from an auto repair business ! I will continue to be thier customer in the future. They got my work done, did it when they said they would and recommended what my car needed. I wont go back to a BMW dealership. This place can do the work on my BMW and take the time to give me personal service. Met the office manager Savanna and the owner Alex.👍

Awesome people and they are very cool 😎 and explain everything to you from start to finish give you options to fix it or not tell you what's the problem and go from there I recommend these people hands down. 👍

This is the only place I'll take my BMW for service. Courteous professional service at a fair price. I couldn't ask for more.
