Nathan Morisette was my service advisor. He was outstanding , best help I’ve received and many have been helpful in past but he stands out. He was a good communicator from start , explained repairs needed and which could safely be postponed. I did not need to track him down but he stayed on top of repair work and let me know when car was ready. He is patient , kind , and inspires confidence. My service advisor, Josh Logan is always a pleasure to work with! He is honest and friendly and makes every visit smooth and all the repairs are well explained. I really like the videos of the inspections the techs do so I can see what is going on with my beloved 2014 BMW X1.

The service appointment was quick. Dropping off my car and getting the loaner was smooth. I really appreciated the inspection video they shared. Returning the loaner and picking up my car was also seamless. My car came back nicely washed and polished.
