they charge $4,000 for a part that only cost $300 to put on and it's a plastic part oil filter. housing was bad. that's what they said but bowditch Ford said that it's a hose so ask yourself a question. who do you believe? I believe bowditch Ford And when I walked into the service department, one of the service advisors was talking to someone on the phone with a previous problem like mine or filter housing bad. so I guess it's fair to say that the oil filter housing don't last on BMWs

This place provides the worst customer service I have ever received, and I am not talking about the employees, but the management! I received a letter requesting a recall to replace the brakes or something related to my X7-2023. The letter states that the service only takes 3 hours and that the dealership already had the parts available for replacement. I scheduled an appointment for today at 9:10 am, wasting my morning of work to resolve this problem. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that it would not be resolved in 3 hours, but rather next Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, “if they had the parts.” This is disrespectful to the customer. Excellent Service at BMW Service Center! I recently had my oil changed at the BMW Service Center, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the experience. They handled everything quickly and professionally, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Due to a scheduling conflict, I couldn’t pick up my car on time, but the staff was incredibly accommodating, holding onto my vehicle without any issues or added stress. It’s rare to find such understanding and pleasant service! The location is also super convenient, right on Virginia Beach Blvd, next to their dealership, making it easy to drop off and pick up your car.
