To be honest i was scared to buy online from here as there is no many reviews and i do not see an actual building in the address listed here but I sent them an email to call me, and they called me 10 minutes later, great Customer service, answered all my questions and they made sure they check your VIN# to be sure what you are ordering. Shipping was faster than what they told me!. The Roof Racks I did got them from the dealership but I bought my Bike Racks for my mountain bike from here, the prices are cheaper than the actual dealership and parts are exactly the same i didn't see any difference to be honest.
