BNC Carwash

Passing through town and I needed a car wash. I called the number on the sign because I actually thought that the car wash had malfunctioned. He told me that it hadn’t. That I chose the cheapest wash and I got what I paid for. By the way, the $10 wash is not the cheapest wash on his board. He said that he can watch everything that goes through the car wash on his cameras and then I got what I paid for, again. I definitely should have read the reviews before I went to this thing. My black car is now covered with soap and is still dirty. I guess I get to go pay for another car wash somewhere else. By the way, you only get one pass with the actual cleaning brushes. They offer good pricing for monthly car wash passes that are perfect for winter months. Workers were attentive at getting car into the wash bay and pre-spraying.

This car wash is TRASH! Pulled into this car wash today and think they raised prices. Truck wasn't even really dirty. Did the $10 wash. It barely put soap on and didn't even rinse. The wash took all of 20 seconds and then you pull through what normally would be a spot free rinse but it's the rinse all together. Barely looked like I got a car wash still had dirt on it. Rain did just as good of a job. Go to the one 1 min down the road at least you get what you pay for!

Purchased the most expensive wash for my Mach-E but it not only didn't seem like anything extra was provided, and in the end my vehicle wasn't clean (see photo) or dry. I had to hand dry it.

Absolutely horrible experience. This guy was "watching" as he says, when I had already left the car wash. I told him I wasn't able to come back, after requesting my money back & he said "If that's the attitude, then I gotta go" & hing up on me. Horrible gimmick, horrible customer service & I can't imagine the schmuck planned on helping me anyway. What a rude person. I'm out $13, as I paid for next tier up wash, & no car wash. "Thanks" Dan
