The gentleman that helped us was amazing. He showed up when he said he would and was very kind to my wife and I. The entire time he made us feel comfortable while also delivering a quality service. Under the circumstances we were dealt they did a great job of making the situation smooth for us.

So kind and helpful! Jumping the battery didn’t work, so he suggested options for me to not have to wait in the cold. He came back with his tow truck, took my car where I’d requested and sent me a picture to let me know it was safe. A true angel and blessing on a cold night.

Allen communicated right away with a call about when he would get there and was personable. He got there in a considerable time and was super cool and also showed me when he dropped off my truck at the auto shop.

I will 100% be using them again !! I put in a request of tow with AAA and was SO GRATEFUL they sent Allen my way ! He called me quickly to let me know his ETA, sent me a picture of my car once it was delivered and let me know it was safe, as well he kept me updated the entire time ! His communication was top notch, it genuinely made the stress of car troubles fly right out the window ! He made it so easy for me and took the stress right off my shoulders !! If google let me put 10 stars I WOULD !! I couldn’t recommend Allen at Bnl towing enough !!

Not only did they call on the way, gave me an estimated and accurate arrival time - but took excellent and gentle care of my car which was dead and would not steer. He was friendly and communicated as you would expect from a professional. Would highly recommend.
