Jeff was incredible. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He took great care of my car and explained everything so it wasn’t stressful at all. On top of that, he shared some amazing stories and life advice—you could tell he’s lived a lot and really knows what matters. Talking with him was not just helpful, it was inspiring. Tesla Roadside Assistance paired me up with B and O towing. Jeff was the driver, and he was amazing from start to finish. It was the height of rush hour, and he called several times to update me on his progress and provide an ETA to getting to me. Once he arrived he handled my car with the upmost care and knew exactly how to deal with it. Once he dropped it off at Tesla, he sent lots of pics showing he had delivered it safely. Would absolutely use Jeff and B and O again.

My daughter’s car needed a tow from a parking space at a Chick-Fil-A at 7am. I thought it was going to be a nightmare and explained the situation to Jerry and he told me it would be no problem. He quickly and confidently got it hooked up and out of the way with virtually no disruption to the parking lot traffic! I am very impressed with the service I received.
