So I took my Cadillac in for service and these guys went above and beyond to help fix my car I was just truthful about my financial situation they even was willing to help me sign up for their finance program,But after talking with Zack the manager he cut me the best deal possible had my car riding and looking new again hands down the best experience I had dealing with any car dealer ship period. Thanks Guys💯 Body work on point.😁

Waited two hours for a scheduled appointment with their basic package (oil change, tire rotation, inspection) and paid a total of $103. They tried to upsell me $140 to change the cabin air filter too lol. For that price and time I’m buying the tools and doing it myself.

Best car buy experience I've ever had.. popped in at 5pm expected to get funny looks from the team but no nothing like that, from start to finish the team were fantastic... thank you to the entire Kia team... you have officially converted me from a Nissan customer to a Kia Customer for life.. great trade in value given and amazing service by the young lady in the first desk when you walk in... she went above and beyond for us even came in on a day off to finish the deal.... thanks to the Kia manager behind the desk who helped with the numbers and thank you to the gent who helped me close the deal.. please forgive me I am terrible with names.. happy holidays to you all at Bob Bell !! 🤩🤩🤩

I booked appointment at 25 of february 2025 10 am and i entered the shop at 9.30 am for one damn oil change and its been 2 hours and 10 minutes guess what still waiting. Store needs to learn what appointment means if you cannot finish my car in reasonable time frame whats the point of making appointment. Dont treat my time and patience as unlimited resources, im not going to save the damn world after this but still frustrating. I giving 2 star instead of 1 because they have nice free coffee but thats the only good thing about them.
