Great service. The tow truck arrived a few minutes earlier that expected. The gentleman that hooked my vehicle was nice and professional. They had the best price and I called five other companies.

100 percent aweful and unprofessional service. I scheduled a day ahead for a pick up and after waiting 20 mins after the scheduled time, I called the dispatch and the person stated he had no idea on a scheduled tow and was extremely rude. I would stay away from this company, a huge waste of time.

Called for in update on my call for my step child FOR A LOCK OUT at 11pm and the person wouldn’t tell me anything ? 2 hours later no show so I call and this guy was an absolute tool?? Wouldn’t tell me anything saying I could call my step kid and ask bc they just talked to him?? I was so confused as this was set up through my insurance and that I requested?! Like your company is getting business from insurance companies so act a little professional ?? Then he literally said “I’ll just cancel the call”. When I was just a very confused parent trying to see when they would actually arrive to help my kid bc it’s been 2 hours???

One of their drivers called me an asshole for just crossing the street. Wouldn’t hire these guys to do any job if they have snowflakes that like to throw tantrums for little things like crossing the street.

Best towing co in the area. Help our family move two big vehicles. Sent over two tow trucks. Everyone we encountered from dispatch to the drivers are professional.
