If there were a zero rating I would provide it. I purchased a 2025 Silverado from Bob Howard and the "Check Engine" light came on (only 11,000 miles). I called them this morning to see if I could have it looked at and they said it would be 24-48 hours to do a diagnosis and I would have to leave the truck. They don't offer a ride outside a 5 mile radius and they don't have any loaner cars available for several weeks (they offered to put me on a list). So basically, I'm without a vehicle, no ride home, and could possibly wait days to find out what the problem is. The only response was "Sorry". I said I probably made a mistake buying a vehicle from Bob Howard and they said "Okay".

Overall pleasant & stress free experience...until it wasn't. Loved the car until a massive oil leak happened out of nowhere. Oil Coolant Housing was basically non existent so since I had only bought it a few months....i figured they'd fix me up & not to mention...im under warranty. Looooong long story short, I called AAA---Their Primary Provider wrecked my car...still don't even know where he wrecked my ride. No PR ir pics my have been paying for this ride I that I can't even drive. They definitely were good people but also people who haven't even offered a rental/loaner car to me this whole time.
