Took my truck to get an estimate for body work. The original estimate was $9745.11. Took my truck in to get the work done, did not hear anything back for a approximately a month. At that time, the amount had ballooned to $22303.83. Insurance refused to pay because it was too much. I believe that they knew the insurance would not pay and they could charge me for storage while the insurance tried to figure it out. They charge me a storage fee of $4180 and some other fees which are bogus. They did no work to the vehicle. I believe this is a shady business practice to procure vehicles for little to no money so they can put a lien on them and get the title for next to nothing, fix the vehicle for a couple of thousand dollars, then sell it and make ~$30k with little investment. Does this bumper

As far as body work to my car it looked good. They have done my friends body work also turned out nice. There could be room for improvement in some areas. Everything in my car was tossed around and not how I left it. Scratched my 3rd row as a result. If they needed too move my stuff ok but not how this was done.

Repaired front end of my 2024 GMC SIERRA DENALI after major collision. Replaced entire front body assembly (fenders, bumpers, grill, hood, lights, radiator). Took nearly 8 weeks but vehicle looks like new and ZERO signs of it being a repair. Very satisfied.

I picked up my truck on Friday and the repair they had done looked real good. While driving home my headlights came on as should have and worked just fine but a message came up on my dash. “Headlight malfunction see dealership”. I took it back Monday and they said they would have to take it to the dealership. It is Wednesday now and have not heard anything from them. I am sure they will get it taken care of but some communication would be great.

They did an excellent job on my car, fixed it in a timely manner, and gave me correct correspondence when they did. One issue I had was that the deductible has to be paid entirely at the moment of pick up. And when I called during the week they didn’t always answer or return my calls.
