The overall service experience is definitely rough around the edges as some of the other reviews allude to. But the technician who saw my car, Richard, looked beyond the surface issue (a malfunctioning electrical component that needed replacing) and found the underlying issue (an aftermarket, third-party accessory plugged into the electrical system by a previous owner that was shorting out). I’m not sure half the mechanics out there would have had the ability or give the time to track down such an issue, and would have just stuck me with a bill periodically to replace the part when it inevitably failed again. For that alone, I can’t give anything but 5 stars. But it took some effort to get in contact with the mechanic and actually hear those vital details after I had the “problem solved,

my first visit; the professionalism and KINDNESS towards me was genuine. I made an appointment for routine maintenance required on my leased vehicle. Scheduling the appointment online was so easy! i recommend this place and suggest asking for Jacob Beakly in the service department or Taylor in the sales department; both great guys.👍🏾

2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is absolutely wild. At first I thought it was taking so long because they were doing the recall work that THEY offered, but it turns out they didn’t even have the part. Taking 2.5 hours to do a job that I can do in my garage in less than an hour is just insane. I only did the service at the dealership to honor the stupid Honda warranty or whatever, but it this is the service I’ll be getting then I don’t really care. Will not be coming back here.

They have great oil change prices but beware, it will take a really long time. Also they will try to upsell you on everything under the sun that you may or may not need done to your car. They charged me close to 500$ to fix my ac by flushing the coolant. 1 week later, the problem persisted. They preyed on my wife knowing it would be easy to get her to buy a useless “fix” I only kept the 2 stars due to the cheap oil change.
