They've had my car for since Monday and haven't looked at it at all. I called yesterday, and they were supposed to have someone call me back. I never got a call. I called on the 3rd day that they have had it just to be informed that they haven't looked at it. Then, they asked me for the third time to explain what was wrong. Do you not take notes!? Terrible service.
