Don’t Order from here. I ordered a part online. I received it in a plain brown box. From Bob Howard. It was the wrong part for my truck even though I included VIN and verified a match online. I got an RMA and sent the part back in the same box I received it in as per instructions. I waited until a week after Fed-ex delivered it. No communication from them at all. When I called they said to send all delivery information and they would “look at the wharehouse tapes”. Cough cough. Nothing. Called back and the said they would search the wharehouse. They found the part. Now they won’t refund the money because it is not in “manufacturer box” which it did not arrive in to begin with. They cancelled my order (without calling or anything) because I use a VPN. So they’re likely selling your data. They want me to turn it off and do the transaction again (this is after they took the money, and before they refunded it). There is no real reason using a VPN would bother any business that isn’t doing something shady. Especially if the parts I ordered are being shipped to the address on the card. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SELLING YOUR DATA TO DATA-BROKERS.

I ordered FL3Z-9942528-A - being a standard F150 tailgate emblem and received just what I ordered in only four days. The shipping price is a little more than expected, but to receive in a timely manner and packaged well, I wouldn't complain. I wanted to paint it before removing the original, and I’ll gladly purchase products from them again!!!

Sends used and broken parts. Delivery drivers refuse to take returns. Don’t bother calling, no one will answer. Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere for your collision parts.
