We found your dealership by way of Lacey Brown in your service department. She is fantastic and use to work at a different company but when she moved to Bob Hurley in OKC we followed her. It’s a 40 minute drive but she’s amazing. So we took our trailer in for service and saw this used 2022 Winnebago Vista and feel in love with it. Rick Russell our salesman was great and he made every effort to answer all our questions because we have never purchased a used vehicle or RV before. Thanks again Rick for all your help and knowledge about the unit.

Terrible experience. Purchased what was supposed to be a brand new $110k 2026 ATC toy hauler. Drove 1400 miles to pick it up and it looked like someone had lived in it for a couple of months. Sales person was dishonest and management obviously doesn’t care what they do or how unethical they are. I’m currently talking to the manufacturer of the camper about performing all of the repairs At a local dealer which is crazy because it is supposed to be brand new. Tire marks in the garage area and damage to futon from hauling some sort of vehicle as well as marks and tears in wallpaper. I’m also going to contact the Oklahoma State attorney and find out if there is a way to determine weather this camper was ever registered to someone else. Salesman name was Haze. Buyer beware! We had an excellent experience with our salesman, Mike Sams. Everyone made us feel right at home and they made sure we purchased the right size travel trailer for our vehicle. We actually had a step by step guide as to how to operate everything on our travel trailer. We would definitely recommend Bob Hurley for your RV/ Travel Trailer needs.

After posting my original review, the dealership reached out to me the very next day. I spoke directly with the general manager, who was respectful, understanding, and seemed genuinely concerned about making the situation right. He took the time to listen to our concerns and worked with us to find a solution to address the issue with the camper. I appreciated the professionalism and willingness to correct the situation after the fact. While the initial experience was frustrating, I do want to acknowledge that the management stepped in and made an effort to handle the situation appropriately. I’m updating my review to reflect that their management team did respond and was willing to work with us to resolve the problem.
