I just purchased my second vehicle from Ed Donato. Ed is an excellent salesman, who always “goes the extra mile”, figuratively and literally. Amazing service and attention to the details. Brought my Rogue here for a wheel bearing noise. The representatives are very friendly, and prices are very low for the comfortable lounge, service, and attention they provide.

Brought my car is for routine maintenance and a recall. Appointment was made for service and was in and out in about an hour. While I was waiting I wandered through the show rooms and was asked if I needed assistance by a couple of people and just explained I was waiting on service for my car. They invited me to look around and let them know if I had any questions. Friendly and inviting, no pressure tactics. They had an EV Mini, in the show room which I thought was cool.

Very surprised that a business as large and robust as Bob Johnson’s is not able to refund a $500 dollar deposit faster than 2 weeks. I’m sorry I didn’t buy the car. I did let you know as soon as I knew. I don’t k ow why I’m apologizing. Maybe it’s because holding such a large amount of money from someone feels very passive aggressive. As if you’re saying “we won’t keep your money, but you can’t use your money towards a down payment at another lot for two weeks. This is the only time I ever had to put such a large deposit down to hold a used vehicle with 69,000 miles on it. How is it that every other company (regardless of services provided) can Instantaneously refund money right back to the card used or at least get it back to me in 3-5 days but it takes 2 weeks for your company and

We bought a 2017 RAV4 from Kevin Fitzpatrick at the 3817 W. Henrietta Rd. location. We couldn't be happier with the car and the car buying experience! Kevin was great to work with, no pressure and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend working with him! I liked that they had their cars listed on the website without having to put in your name/contact info. This made for less stress while we were in the research phase, no "follow up" calls for weeks.
