I received one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Brianne and Holly from the service department went above and beyond for their amazing customer service! Not only did they both have amazing communication but made sure my car was fixed in lighting speed! Between running back and forth too Pulaski to get my car down and back, too overnighting a part to make sure I had my car back in two days. I will 100 percent be a returning customer just because of the incredible Service department. 10/10 recommend 🙂

I visited Bob Johnson Jeep Dodge Chrysler in Watertown, New York on February 13, 2026, for an oil change and select maintenance. Overall, I would rate my experience 4.3 stars. The highlight of my visit was the great customer service I received once I was helped. The staff was friendly and attentive, even though the service center was quite busy. They made sure my vehicle was taken care of and explained the maintenance clearly. However, there is some room for improvement. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone noticed me and assisted me when I arrived. A quicker initial greeting would have made the experience even better. Sean was extremely helpful,professional and very understanding what we needed and got the perfect truck for my family. not only that we were able to look at it and take it home within the same day, even as they stayed over there time to make sure. very pleased especially after our issues prior with a different dealership!
