Bob Johnson Nissan Service

Our Bob Johnson Nissan visit was very well done. From start to finish, the staff was professional, caring, knowledgeable, and interested in making us comfortable in the waiting area. Our visit was a two day session, as a part was needed. We were quickly informed and follow-up was good throughout. I was very impressed with each staff member with whom we worked. It was overall a very nice experience.

I hit a massive pot hole recently and developed a slow leak in one of my tires. I brought my car in without an appointment to have it fixed and was greeted by Mike Gilman. He let me know there was a bit of a wait, but they would do their best to get me in and out as quickly as they can. He showed me to the lounge area where I could wait. When my car was ready, he explained to me in detail that my tire was in good shape and just needed to be reset onto the rim and no patching was needed. He assured me the rest of the tires were checked as well. I appreciated the customer service and overall experience at this visit.

This happened to my car October 13, it is 14 months old I had it towed to Nissan service and they called and said not covered under warranty that it was my fault. Lance did not explain anything to me other than it is going to cost me thousands to have it fixed. I will never get another car from any Bob Johnson or Nissan again! Service department so rude!

The service was great, on time and was able to leave on time with the car done. However I was aghast at what I was charged for an oil change, transmission flush and change of over 400.00 for less than 2 hours of work. I was not informed of the cost ahead of time. In summary great service but the price was not fair.

I was told before my service started that it would take at least 3 hours to complete the work but they would do their best to complete the service and get me on my way in hopefully less time. As the 3rd. hour was at least 20 minutes away I heard my name, my car was ready. I have had service maintenance services completed over the years at Bob Johnson Nissan and have been more that satisfied with both the maintenance on my car and even more the great and respectful service given to me by the staff.
