I needed a tow to my mechanic so I called Bob Jr's Towing. Alfredo, the tow truck driver, came by and was prompt and very polite. Very quick service and the price was better than their competitors in the area. I would definitely call them again should the need arise.

THEY HAVE THIEF EMPLOYEES!!! We called for a tow around 2am this morning as my husband was stranded by a flat with no spare. The employee took all his information and said he needed to pay half up front. This sounded fishy to me but we could not get any other tow company to answer, so my husband sent the money via zelle. no tow truck ever showed up and nobody would answer the phone after that. around 8:00 a.m. he called to find out what happened and was told "we don't do half payments up front" no explanation, nothing else besides that and would say no more. beware of this tow company because it seems to be a SCAM. or they allow their employees to steal from possible customers. either option is terrible. call them at your own risk.

Amateurs damaged my car after they towed it. I was charged a dolly fee. (My car is rwd but it was backed into a parking spot) They claimed to have used a dolly to get my car out of the parking spot but there were tire drag marks left in my parking spot. When I went to inspect my car, I pointed out the two FLATTEN portions of my rear tires and told the driver that if they actually used a dolly, my tire wouldn’t have a flatten portion of tread. The driver said “I’m sorry, in a few days it will be normal again”. 0 regard for my car or my safety. Now on top of paying them to tow my car, I have to get new tires.

Locked myself out of my truck and had Alfredo swung by 15 min later! 5 min later on my way and made it to work on time. Highly recommended great customer service thank you Alfredo!

Alfredo got us from the side of the freeway after breaking down! It was super quick response time as well. Great service!
