Cleaned my car out before it being taken in for service and when I got it back and went to put my stuff back in the center console I was greeted by obvious grease everywhere... pretty unhappy with that.

Of the four spots where you can reach the E chargers, two of them are full of dealership cars effectively making the options for vehicles that Ford sells have fewer options. As someone with a Ford electric car, it is really telling who they prioritize by how this is set up. And it's frustrating to have that be the case. Do better

Great service! Had a lease car in for transmission repair. Dealer supplied a loaner vehicle and repairs were done quickly and a car wash to top it off. All staff I had contact with were very courteous and accommodating. Well done!

They charge for every tiny issue just to say that’s not it pay for this lol go elsewhere
