Bob Maxey Lincoln Service Center

One of my worst experiences in my life as customer. Too many Ford options in the area to waste your time and money with the Bob Maxey brand. The employees they hire for the service department could not be worth less.

Was not even able to get vehicle in for service. Service department sent me to voicemail multiple times and never returned a call. :(

They lie about the date they give you when your car will come in and be done. What was supposed to take 1 month took almost 3 months. So if you need body repair here good luck

Service advisor really cares about my business and the proper maintenance of the vehicle. I feel that they advice you to do only the service items that your vehicle really needs.

Don't get your car serviced at this place... I took my 2003 grand marquis in because of a check engine light. It's a 130.00 deposit to evaluate the problem and that same 130.00 goes to any parts and labor once they figure out what's wrong. William melucci informed me that although I need a tuneup a non macanical filler tube that connects to the gas tank was the reason for my check engine light. So I only got the tuneup , because I couldn't afford the more than 2000.00 price tag for the work. When I left after the tuneup my check engine light was off.. I don't know if the reason for Williams lie is because I'm black or Bob maxys greed , but after being a customer there for over 25 years 🤔 I'm 100% certain I'll not be returning ✌🏾
