This is my second purchase there in 5 years. Both have been great. My first salesman was promoted to the sales manager. I reached out to him for my second purchase. Jay Chase believes in no-nonsense and no games. The purchase process is quick, and the deal was basically done before I had even test drove the truck. This makes the process so much better. I have been very happy with both my purchase decisions and have sent at least a half dozen people I know that way in recent years. My second sale was turned over to Kyle Riley and he did great. Both him and Jay are very personable. Bob has done a great job building the culture there.

First time here and was absolutely impressed by the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. The waiting room was comfortable and my car was finished in an appropriate amount of time. I am glad I found a service to replace the one I left behind when we moved.

Jenn our service adviser was extremely helpful and competent. She got my truck in in a timely fashion and the truck was fix . Its nice to know if anything comes up that they will stand behind their work and take care of any issues I might have.

I purchased my car brand new in 2017 and have always received outstanding service from Bob McCosh. I recently had some service done. They were very efficient and completed the job earlier than I had expected. All of the Staff were very friendly and the waiting room was very well supplied with refreshments.
