The service department was great! They did a great job of checking my vehicle for other issues during my oil change. Britton Ellison is such a great salesman to work with and I would highly recommend him. He is very laid back and very helpful when you need him.

Love that I can text my salesman Kyle or text Skye with customer service to schedule my appointment...Then day of appointment its easy to just drive in, park, give my keys and get a rental so I can continue on with my day. They take great care of me. I know I could have went to a local dealer instead of driving 1.5 hours away but the service received is worth it.

Problems with my washer fluid not retaining fluid! Many others had issues with this problem on traverses! They didn’t even offer to work with me in the price! We have purchased Chevy and gmc from this dealer for 40 years and have never had problems with a washer fluid pump or reservoir! The service was prompt and the vehicle was left clean!

So this unexpected thing happened with our vehicle, we had to take it to the shop at Bob McCosh. Ms.Jen and the service team went all out for us to get our vehicle back to us ASAP! Me and my husband are so thankful for their team work and support.
