Had my 2021 F-150 in for inspection and oil change the carlisle shop did a great job got me right in and out easy scheduling and great communication by the shop (pete) was great JOB WELL DONE !!

Overall: Friendly and communicative. Concerned about attention to detail. Full: Needed a headlight bulb change and an indicator light reset. Approx 1hr wait, charged for 45mins labor and part. Bulb was changed, but the indicator was not reset despite being told it was. Had to go back in and wait another 5-10mins for the tech to finish the job. Missing a double-check on something so basic (and requiring the customer to point it out) leaves me concerned about attention to any future, more serious service needs. This was my first visit under current ownership. Previous drove me away with abysmal service and failure to communicate.

Update - there was miscommunication via the text messaging system. I sent text on Thursday and they did not appear at the dealership till late Friday / Saturday. So be sure to call them directly and dont rely on texting. Service manager Justin reached out to rectify the situation and was very informative and professional about finding a solution. Even answered other questions and took other feedback about making the service better. Thank you for following up. Went in for leaking antifreeze. Paid over $900 to get 2 hoses done. Service desk never acknowledged that I texted more information, said technician didn't notice any white smoke that was mentioned. Get my car back and the low coolant light comes on, and now my windshield driverside wiper stops short by 3 inches. Why? This is unacc

Water pump had to be replaced 3 times at this dealer, I was told the first two times the flush was done according to the recall. Each successive time they back-tracked and said they “forgot to do the flush” even though they told me each time the flush was done. They also did not replace the belt which is now destroyed and I’m having the 4th water pump replaced at another dealer now because if they can’t get it right three times, something is very wrong at this dealer. Belt should have also been replaced. Horrible representation of Ford, I also brought it in twice for them to check the RDU/transmission, which they said “it’s supposed to sound that way” and would not fix it. It’s now having the entire RDU replaced and transmission rebuilt at another dealer as well.

Took my car in for an inspection. They said it passed but mentioned a weak battery. I had no starting or battery issues before bringing it in, but when I went to pick it up, the car wouldn’t start—even with a jump—so I had to leave it another day for a $300 battery replacement. After getting it back, I realized my windshield wipers no longer worked properly, and now I have to buy and replace them. This isn’t my first bad experience here—last time, they forgot to put the oil cap back on after an oil change, leaving oil splattered everywhere. Every visit seems to make things worse. I won’t be coming back.
