Bob Steele Chevrolet: Service Department

I've been going to Bob steele for years now. But this past weekend, was not as pleasant as usual. It started off by arriving for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Intake was prompt and pleasant, but that was it. My wife and I decided to take a walk around the lot while waiting, only to be constantly approached by sales reps. Then after about an hour and a half they brought our truck around. At that point I checked and found the tires were not rotated, after being told they were. They took the truck back. 45 minutes later the truck came back out covered in greasy prints. I just excepted it and left. Miles down the road found out that they didn't set the tire pressures properly and didn't reprogram tire pressure sensors. I stopped else were and paid to have that done. Bob Steele in

Awesome customer service from Chloe excellent communication every step of the process. James and Darius very professional great customer care. I felt very safe and thankful they provided me a ride to and from dropping my truck off for repairs. Definitely impressed by each of these people. I was really fretting the whole experience since the last time I went for service over a year ago did not go well ..boy what a 360 Bob Steele really stepped it up. Would highly recommended using them after such great service.

First, I booked my appointment on a Friday for First thing Monday morning at 0930, I asked for a ride home before arranged and a rental car be made available because I had to return to work and the work would be covered under warranty. I arrived at 0900 and checked in with Chloe, that's where it all went downhill from there. Not only did they Not make any arrangements for a rental car for me, but there was only ONE shuttle driver operating at a Very busy dealership and she was already sent out to drop off other customers, and I was forced to wait until after 230pm to be driven home! I had to miss an Entire days work because of two things: extremely poor planning, and a driver with a very bad attitude who lacked the technical skills to properly operate a GPS! Travis in the service department was absolutely professional and awesome 🤩 !!! He took such great care of me just like he said he would-even got me a new loaner truck (just like mine 😉) because their service manager did not want me to drive three minutes away home or drive period with that screw in my tire!! They just made me feel so great and that I made the choice to buy a brand new truck there a month ago!! Thank you again Travis!!😊🤍

I received an email from Onstar that said there was an immediate problem with the anti-lock brake system on my truck. I scheduled the dealership to look at it along with a 60k mile maintenance. After dropping the truck off, I received several phone calls, texts and emails asking if I wanted to add different services. I asked about the 60k service and was told basic is $440 and Premium is $660. I agreed to the Premium service and was called back again to see if I wanted to add several other thinks having to do with the fluids. I asked why those items aren't included in the Premium maintenance. I was then told they don't have a 60k maintenance package, only a 30k and that it would now be over $700 and would not include an oil change. That would be another $200. I finally just said, forget t
