My wife and I went to Bob Thomas Ford North looking for a suv. We asked to see one we saw online. Kordell was the salesman who brought it out front and explained all the features and had us test drive it. He was never pushy or in a hurry to have us make a decision. Kordell made us feel comfortable about the whole process and we ended up buying the vehicle. We had a good experience purchasing our Enclave a month ago from Bob Thomas. Sam and Andy were great and easy to work with. They explained everything well and were so nice! We appreciated the courtesy they showed to us through the entire process. My only complaint was that, ahead of time, we were not told that there was only one key fob with the used vehicle. It would have been so nice to know that before being handed one key. We could have been better prepared to purchase another one soon.
