We bought a brand new 2025 travel trailer from Bobby Combs RV in Yuma, AZ. The staff there from the point of our cell contact to when we received the keys, they were all amazing. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole process being seamless, efficient, and very organized. They also did not try to upsell us for extended warranty or things that we do not need. Their prices were very reasonable, and their service was impeccable. The staff were super nice. We couldn’t be happier with the trailer that we purchased. We highly recommend this dealership!!

My wife and I recently bought a used class c motorhome from Bobby Combs. I not going to say we got a great deal but what we got was a fair deal that I am very happy with. Don, our salesman, was low pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable. We went to look at a rig that they had advertised but it had sold the day before. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us a rig that we liked even better. Don went through some of features of the unit then left us to explore and examine on our own. This is a somewhat odd review. I've never walked into this business and never bought anything from them. Recently, I had to replace a window in my RV. Eraka in their parts department worked and found the part for me, and then bent over backwards to try to get it delivered before I was scheduled to leave the area. Alas, the recent storms in the midwest mucked around with the shipping and Keystone was adamant that it would be 2-3 weeks for a delivery. Keystone wanted $150 for a drop-ship, more than doubling the cost of the window. Despite the fact that I was not able to give her any business in light of her work, Eraka was unflaggingly polite and pleasant to work with. She provided me with all of the part information so I could arrange to order the part at another authorized keystone dealer

I'm very disappointed with the inadequate service I received. My power system was failing in my 2006 Pleasureway. I have a house battery, 100 watt solar panel and charge controller. After 1 hour ($170/hrs shop time) I was informed that I needed a new battery. 1/2 hrs later a new battery was installed and I was assured that the charge controller and panel were fine. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Perhaps they are not experienced with seeing this as a power SYSTEM. I made follow up calls but finally was told they were not responsible for the system components. So more than $500 later i have a battery but a system that requires adjustments now. I would not recommend their so called service department.

Bought our first travel trailer here (Forest River Grey Wolf Limited 23 DBH). Staff was knowledgeable and low pressure. We had some warranty work done a couple months after buying it; work was done quickly and with quality components. Thanks, we appreciate the service!
