The service at Bob’s Advanced Auto and Tire was exceptional great for my husband Ken Criner. He was straned on the road. He was on his way home, which is in Texas. He needed a tire on his SUV so he called their wrecker service. They came and took the vehicle to their shop and they put a tire on his suv and did not charge him anything and they did not charge him anything for the wrecker service. The staff was very helpful. They you for your service and being very professional. I will keep the angel going. Thank you very very much to Bob, his wife and staff.

Took truck here for tire mounting and alignment. They started by saying the camber bolts were installed backwards! These were installed by an ASE certified technician. They couldn't perform the alignment and still charged $179.00 for something the tech could not perform. $89.00 to mount two tires and charge $7.00 for using a credit card. The tech was standing underneath the truck on his phone, appearing to use youtube to do his job! This place is just a small town rip off with untrained technicians. Save your money and go to Joliet. The convenience of staying closer to home is not worth your time or money! Especially when you drop off at opening and still pick up at almost closing time.

have serviced multiple vehicles of mine and truly no better place I'd rather go out here. they communicate the progress of the service and are more than fair between price and availability of getting your vehicle in. will always continue to use this business!

They got us in right away, just half an hour after the incident, and provided fast, efficient service. The team was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
