I'm a fan of Bob's based upon their friendly and thorough service. And that's despite them failing my inspection once in the past! Another time, I had a rear license plate light that was out. They said that they might have a replacement bulb around and offered to replace it for me. They encountered a little more than they had planned on when changing it because of some rust in the fixture... we'll 20 frustrating minutes later it was in, and my car passed inspection. The charge is $35 for the inspection and $2 for the bulb! I gave him a $10 tip since he could have just failed the car and let me run around to find and replace the bulb on my own, so it was very much appreciated!
