Idk what this other lady is talking about bc I had a great time at Bobs. Talked over the phone, he looked at my vehicle, gave me a quote and I was out of there pretty fast. Next time, he didn’t charge me a thing for a messed up door hinge, played with it for like 3 minutes and I was out of there good as new.
Talked to him on the phone, he was very rude and extremely unprofessional. He did not help at all with any questions I had. Would not recommend.
