Bob's Auto Body

I looked for this place for their ratings and took my vehicle there.! 4runner 4x4 and then returned it on several occasions for not repairing it well, they simply told me to take it somewhere else, to make a long story short they do a good job on the body of the vehicle but if mechanical repairs need to be done or damage from an accident they are very bad at doing repairs! If I had known this before I would have taken it to another more qualified place! The customer service guy is very kind and an excellent person but the manager or owners of the place are rude when it comes to having problems with the vehicle.! Totally regret losing almost 3 months waiting for my vehicle to be repaired! Aside from that they only put used parts for the repairs.. The impact of the crash damaged the 4x4 fun

Bob and his staff went above and beyond for my vehicles and got them fixed up good as new in record time! I can't thank you guys enough you made my month and I will definitely be back in the future as I feel confident in the work at your shop.

We've taken our car to Bob's twice through our insurance and both times they exceeded all expectations. They were so friendly when communicating updates over the phone and they were helpful and patient in explaining the issues to us. They went above and beyond ensuring the car was returned to us repaired and clean. Insurance or not, I'd be confident going to Bob's in the future knowing we'll get a fair price and efficient service.

I went into Bob’s for my rare passenger bumper that has damage very seriously. Neate greeted me friendly assessed the damage quickly and gave me the estimate. He ordered the bumper and installed the next day. They are professional, polite, honest, approach very friendly and their price is fair too. I would highly recommended Bob’s.

I was in my first car accident and going through the other person’s insurance. Bob’s was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything including the car rental process. They did a great job fixing the body damage repair. It looks even better than it did before the accident. Thank you!
