Asking anyone if Bob relocated or is reopening soon, really did great work on my personal cars

I was referred here by my auto repair guy at Rancho Autocare. I have an exhaust lead and Bob took a look at it. He was honest in telling me that it would be covered by the dealer warranty. Thank you for the honesty. He could have done the work and charged me and I would never have realized it. It’s great to run across ethical people like this. A great experience. Will come back anytime I need muffler or exhaust work.

Who is had a really good experience here never been overcharged the workmanship is great and I can pretty much do anything custom or prefab just make an appointment and then you got it all set up. He's worked both on my 65 and my little 96 Honda and both jobs well done excellent

Went to have this guy install a muffler in my exhaust system, and the guy somehow couldn't understand what I wanted. Instead of trying to listened, even after I showed him how my truck had the exact system I wanted, he still was trying to tell me it wasn't legal. I told him it was straight from Dodge, and not an after market. This guy has no clue what he's doing!!

I have a Hot Rod had one side of the headers welded by this shop, he asked me to drive the car up on the ramp which was fine and drive it down. Spent about 5 min welding it charged me 50.00 had no problem with that. Now I went back to have the other side done. He was rude told me no I’m not touching it I burned my arm I wish I wouldn’t of done it the first time for only 50 bucks. That’s the price he quoted me and I’m sure being a welder he has burned himself plenty of times. It was very Unprofessional to treat a customer the way he did besides I paid him what he quoted me.
