Bob's Tire and Brake

We were en route to Orlando from Winnipeg Canada and required an 4 wheel alignment. Not knowing anyone in the area, based on reviews we called and spoke with Shawn. He scheduled us in same day (amazing). He was friendly/prompt and clear with the explanation of what our vehicle required. The work was done quickly and when we got the bill I was shocked at how reasonable it was. 1/2 price of the Subaru dealer. I would highly recommend Bobs tire and brake to anyone.

Upon a recommendation from a relative I decided to stop in at Bob's Tires and Brakes to price new tires and some other services my car needed. Boy, am I ever glad i made that decision! They are awesome! Ricky is extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide which tires would work great for my car and what other services my car needed at the time. The work was done on schedule and I am very pleased with the outcome! Absolutely everyone in the shop is extremely helpful and super nice. My go to service shop from here on out!!

They got me in same day for an oil change. The check oil light came on just after we arrived in Florida from Pennsylvania. The front desk staff was so kind and enthusiastic. Real family feel. Steady stream of customers so they must be doing something right. Highly recommend.

I had a loud ticking sound in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am new to the Ocala area and did a Google search. I don't normally like doing business with chains, I like the local companies. This was one of the best finds in my searching history. Great bunch of guys & gals. Ricky is a very good service writer. He kept me updated and informed about the status of the repairs being done. Paul is my new mechanic. My Jeep was taken to the dealership service department 4 times for this same issue. They could not diagnose it or even admitted that they heard the noise. Paul not only heard it, he had a good idea of what it was. He replaced the driveshaft and walla. I love driving my Jeep again and feel safe doing so. Thank you so much for you service!
