I had a terrible experience with this shop. They replaced a metal fitting with a rubber hose and clamps, which is not what I expected for a serious transmission repair. My truck ran for only one day before I had to have it towed back. Now the transmission has failed again. What made me even more frustrated is that the shop told me they could “fix what’s wrong” for cheaper than the original rebuild. That raises serious concerns for me about whether the transmission was ever properly rebuilt in the first place. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before taking your vehicle here. I give them not a single star at all

My 2008 Jeep Wrangler blew a transmission cooler line and sprayed trans fluid all in the engine bay. Bob checked the transmission, replaced the line, filter and fluid. Shifts and drives better than before. Great value and an honest mechanic. Almost impossible to find both in one shop these days.

I wouldn’t even rate it one star if I had the choice. I brought my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 4wd Automatic dually Welding rig up there and had them rebuild the transmission for $2700. I go to pick the truck up and they tell me that I wouldn’t get a warranty until I replaced a transmission line so I went and bought the and had them instal it then they tell me that more parts have to be replaced before they’ll warranty it. I replace the parts and he hits me with “im only going to give you a 90 day warranty, not a mileage warranty” I had the truck one day, ONE DAY after they rebuilt it and now I’m back to square one with no transmission. With all the extra parts that they didn’t tell me I need until I showed up to pick up my truck I am out $3300 and I can’t even drive the truck that I make money o

My husband took his transmission from work truck there not only did they have it like 5 weeks to rebuild his transmission but this is the 4th time to take it there & they want more money! WTH
