I was in need of finding an auto repair service company in Boca that I could count on to give me great service without trying to coerce me into getting repairs I didn't need. Positive online reviews lead me to Boca Auto Service and my first experience with them was thankfully what I was looking for. My major repair needed was on my car's air conditioner which as blowing somewhat cool air but not up to past performance. They took care of that and gave me an estimate for other maintenance my car could use but they especially noted that my rear brakes were down to the metal so that was taken care of as well. Absolutely BLOWN away! A few weeks ago my car started making a strange noise and there was a foul smell under the hood. We had never been here but it was close and the reviews were great, so I took my car in and immediately Mike told my husband and me that a lizard had crawled up into the engine and died. He said we simply needed an engine detail, which they don't do, and sent us on our way without charging us a penny. He was right! Problem was solved with a $50 engine detail. Fast forward a week, and completely unrelated, the battery of our car died. Of course we went back to Mike - he got to us the same day with no appointment, replaced the battery, and helped us with an additional issue. The service I received for my 2012 Beemer at Boca Auto was excellent! Even though I only got an oil change, they took care to check my car for any problems. They made sure all my fluids were at appropriate levels and checked my tires, brakes and various other car components. They went above and beyond to give my car a clean bill of health. And their price saved me so much as opposed to the BMW dealer. I will definitely use them again whenever my car needs any type of service.

This is my first time using Boca Auto Service. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that they utilized to service my 23 year old Lexus car. I felt that they they cared not only for servicing my car but were very candid and honest about the assessment that they provided about what needed to be addressed. I will recommend all my friends and family about using them when needed. Mike, the manager was especially wonderful to deal with.
