I had a really bad experience with this shop. I towed my car here after running out of gas because they were recommended by the towing company. I trusted them to diagnose the problem honestly, but that ended up being a mistake. At first, I was told the only issue was that my car had no fuel in the tank. I got the car back and was told everything was fine. Shortly after, I brought it back because the engine was shaking badly. The next diagnosis was that the misfire was caused by old spark plugs and ignition coils. I paid to have those replaced. After that repair, the car still had the exact same problem. A friend recommended Joey and his team because I said I needed someone who would be honest and not try to over sell or rip me off! I told them I needed brakes rotors and tires. Joey called and said rotors and brakes were good and I only needed tires! I said are you sure because they said I need it . He said “as much as I’d love to sell you brakes and rotors you don’t need it and I can’t do that”! Now that’s honest business !!!! I highly recommend and will for sure use them again !!!

Boca's Best Auto Repair is a phenomenal repair facility providing excellent customer service. As a AAA member, I was able to secure a 10% discount for my repairs. My tires were shot so I had Michelins installed. The brakes and rotors were also in need of replacing. When I left the shop the ride was so comfortable and the braking was smooth to the stop.

It is so nice to have a car repair shop that you can trust to not oversell or overprice their services. When my mechanic retired I went through several repair shops and got ripped off! Joey and his team have been able to fix the most difficult problems I've had with my BMW convertible and keep it running with over 100K miles on it!! They keep their promises and are able to fix problems where I thought I was going to have to go back to the dealer and pay $$$$
