Amazing service. Very kind and helpful. Got a flat tire on the highway. They came and put on the spare tire. We followed them into town where they fixed the tire. Total was $95 dollars when others quoted us $350.

Two hours into a four-hour trip with just my kids and me, we ended up with a flat. AAA sent someone who could not get the spare down from under the truck. He had to leave because the time allowed by AAA was expired. We were stranded. The nice worker at Casey's called Bock's with me because she knew they would show up even though it was Sunday. It only took Andrew about 20 minutes to troubleshoot the problem and get us back on the road. (This whole ordeal was nearly 3 hours.) THANK YOU for coming to our rescue!

Terrible customer service. Called for an oil change,ask him how long it would take ,he said an hour then I was trying to change the day to do it and he hung up the phone pissed off.

I had a great experience with Bocks When I needed to tow my van to a different location. When I called my roadside assistance company, they initially sent out another company to come pick up the vehicle. When they arrived, they were unable to tow my vehicle, and were unable to go get the correct equipment in order to tell my vehicle, and claimed that it wasn’t worth their time and they wouldn’t get paid to do the service. I called my insurance company back to get a new company to come out. I knew that I needed a flatbed truck in order to tow my van, and my insurance company dropped the ball again and sent me another wrecker From Bocks. When I explain the situation to the driver, he was much more understanding than the other company was and was willing to go get his flatbed tow truck despi
