He took extremely long with the repair, didn't communicate timelines, his repair failed, and he is avoiding answering the phone now that I need him to fix his mistake. I can't even get a proper shop to fix it until he honors his warranty, and he apparently won't. I have been trying for a month. The shop is also hoarded and full of sick cats. Don't go here. I regret having used this shop and it has cost me SOOO much more money thanks to his "work". I don't even have the use of my van anymore.
He rebuilt a transmission for me been 3 years and I never had a problem work fantastic
He knows his stuff...putting power to the ground
