Body Armor 4x4

I have had an optimal customer service experience with Body Armor 4X4 and their CS Rep, Charlie M. I purchased a set of front tubular doors for my Ford Bronco, and a had several questions (stretched across several emails), and Charlie answered each inquiry promptly and professionally, which put my mind at ease regarding my purchase. Then I mentioned I was an Army Sgt/Veteran, and he offered the military discount for my purchase after I submitted my DD-214. I couldn't be happier with my customer experience, and I am pleased that I chose to purchase my doors through Body Armor 4X4, I will tell all my family and friends about your company ! I made my first purchase with Body Armor 4x4 during the Black Friday sale last year. After finally getting to take out my 270 degree awning a few weeks back, we were hit with some unexpected and extremely high winds that ended up damaging one of the arms on my awning to the point it was unusable. The damage was 100% my fault and had nothing to do with the quality of the product. I reached out trying to purchase a replacement arm out of my own pocket but after a bit of back and forth over email, their customer service team set me up with a brand new replacement awning through the warranty department. I was completely blown away by their level of customer service and customer loyalty and will absolutely be purchasing from Body Armor 4x4 again in the future. I have recommended them to my off-
