Extremely Disappointed with Quality & Communication I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Body Crafters Auto Body Repair in Brodhead, WI was unacceptable from start to finish. My Chevy Malibu was in their shop for nearly 7 weeks, yet even after all that time, the car was not repaired properly. After the first round of repairs, several issues were immediately obvious. The body panels were not aligned correctly, there was a section of paint missing on the door, the driver’s side door seal leaked, and the top of the fender was loose enough that you could press on it and it would flex. They also replaced my mirror with a lower-quality part than what the car originally had and it no longer has the defrost function, which they have refused to address. No one questioned the two

Body crafters did a wonderful job on repairing our ‘22 traverse after an accident! They took care of everything from start to finish, quick turn around once they got the parts in, they kept us updated and gave us a rental car for the meantime! The work is outstanding! Highly recommend Jon & his company!

They had my truck for 5 weeks, when I got it back the inside was filthy, they didn’t even vacuum the glass out or take care of the debris they made and it smelled like cigarettes. Their communication skills are not ideal. The manager took my truck home with him over night before asking my permission. The door still rattles and the hood is misaligned. Positive note: they put nice wipers and a tonneau cover on my truck. Really disappointed from their quality of work because I wanted to be proud of the work of a small town shop.

In the past I have had work done here, and they have done good work. Recently I took my new car in to have work done, which was minor damage. Took 2 weeks, and still had to take it back TWICE because their worker forgot to reroute a wire, etc. Sloppy work, my backseat is still dusty from them sanding a body panel, seals still half off, and puddy still on my trim pieces. Not too happy at the results
