I wish I had a better location to write this review. Brighton Ford Body shop offers the highest expected service that I've experienced. I took my car in for a rear-end collision on my Jeep Cherokee. They were punctual, did a great job, and did the little things they weren't required to. Obviously they fixed the bumper but they also got a car wash and a quick detail, they even put my extension cord that was on the floor in a bag. Just a small thing but offers more comfort knowing they put effort and care into their work. Roger kept me updated and they were quick in regard to what I had done.
These folks did a great job repairing my vehicle. They advertise a loaner vehicle program, but don't have any vehicles available to use. Plan accordingly.
