Boggus Tipton Service Center

I brought my Jeep to Bogus Tipton Service Center for service related to a coolant leak and was advised repairs would take approximately 4–5 days. I made it clear that I work and would need dependable communication to coordinate transportation. I was assured this would not be an issue. Unfortunately, the primary issue throughout this experience was not just the repair itself — it was the lack of consistent and accurate communication. Updates were not provided proactively, and I had to initiate most contact myself. When information was given, it changed multiple times, including conflicting statements regarding part availability and expected completion timelines. Had to have a key fob replaced. The new Boggus dealership is great. Greeted at the door. Offered coffee and a comfortable sitting area.

Armando was not a good service person. He likes to feed you lines of BS to make you feel like things are moving along when they really aren’t. He tells you one thing when it’s really another thing. Yes they did help me with a loaner car two months after I had rented a car and spent $3800 and had to go in and cry to the manager about having to spend so much money because they had my car from November all the way until the end of February to fix a transmission, I had to cry in order to get a loaner car Armando Continue to lie to me and I didn’t appreciate their service at all. They were horrible and I would not take my car there ever again

Andy was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of so I could have it ready for a necessary trip to Bastrop and San Antonio. He was very professional and courteous every time we spoke.

Great Service department. Even with back ordered parts they take care of me to get back on the road.
