Will Rate after I get my vehicle back from an Oil/Filter change and Tire Rotation. Well, 2 days later and my truck now makes a horrible noise when I turn on either AC or Heat. Didn't have this issue when I dropped it off! I doubt I ever go back to Don Bohn Toyota for Service again! Always have the feeling the service department tries to Nickel & Dime me each time I go! I waited by the service door 15 mins as folks were behind the counter, finally walked in and asked if I could have my truck serviced. Terrible Customer Service!!

Notified that car needed to have housing for car battery replaced so the battery wouldn’t catch fire. Brought car in and work was done. Problem was the battery in the car was not used and the dealer put in a new battery and charged $235 for it, Needless to say that I am not happy with the dealer who I believe did me wrong by not using my perfectly good AAA car. battery which was still under warranty. I would want the dealer to cover the cost that it imposed on me by refunding the cost of s new battery.

Kevin Martinez was a pleasure to work with. He was patient with me while I drove several Tacomas and helped me find the perfect one. He bent over backwards to resolve minor issues and stayed past closing to make sure I could drive it home the same day. I've had it for a few days now, and I love the truck. This is my second purchase from Bohn, and I will be back in about 300,000 miles when this one wears out (my first truck was still running fine at 350,000).

Are van needed a new transmission. It was still under warranty. The first dealership we called said they couldn't get to us for about 3 weeks. We called Bohn and we brought our van in the next morning. It was ready in 3 or 4 days, can't remember exactly. The entire staff there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely return there should we need service!

Service was good, courteous, and fast. Corey Knecht was very informed on product knowledge and worked very hard to get me a great deal. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience.
