This company cares about their customers! We have always purchased our tires from Boiling Springs Tires! Recently I had a low tire pressure error reading on my vehicle due to the weather change. I was surprised they didn’t charge me to check the pressure! Who does this in today’s economy??? Thank you!!
BEWARE! I took my car here to be worked on for the power steering fluid leaking. They replaced the pump, replaced all the hoses, and its STILL NOT FIXED. I took my car back a second time to have the last hose replaced for the reservoir. STILL NOT FIXED. I tried to call them again but now they won't answer when I call. My car is leaking power steering fluid STILL. After being charged a total of $1,000 for the work you would trust the people at this place know what they are doing- clearly this is not true. They don't seem to be very knowledgeable. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I just wanted the problem fixed, but after trying twice they don't have enough knowledge to fix the problem. I will take my business and money elsewhere. Don't waste your time. Find a more knowledgeable me
I called them this morning and was able to get an appointment, by the time I got there they were ready to take my recently restored 1970 Mustang Mach 1 in for an alignment. The techs were extremely helpful with answering all my questions and went about the alignment with great care and exceptional work ethics. They were very helpful with assisting me unload and load my pride and joy off and on the trailer. I have been a car guy for a long time and recognize exceptional service. I have no hesitations about the quality of service anyone can expect from Boiling Springs Tire. Thanks so very much. Chris Lynn
