Had a great experience here. They communicate, work quickly, and care about the customer experience. My former mechanic out of Mansfield, who I will leave nameless, let me down big time, but these guys shined in all the places I’ve been let down in the past. Well worth it. Joe at the front desk is the best!

I have had nothing but good experiences at Bolens Automotive. I took my truck to check a light that wouldn't go off.They had it for 2 days and couldn't find anything wrong. since then I have had no problems. I don't know what happened but it seems to work fine. They could have made up something and charged me like most other mechanics would do. They are honest and didn't charge me a thing. I Have been goin to them for at least 10 years and they have always treated me fairly.

This shop is such a blessing! They were recommended to me years ago and I have been so grateful to have found them ever since. The team is always kind, knowledgeable and transparent. Their diagnostics outline recommended and needed services and customers are able to decide how to proceed with no pressure. The team is amazing at providing rides to and from the shop as well as towing options as needed. Maintenance services are quick and repairs are done right. 10/10 I FREQUENTLY recommend.

I've been a customer of Bolen Automotive for at least 10 years and I won't take my car anywhere else if I can help it. Recently, my car went down with a bad alternator and battery the night before I was to leave town on a trip. Joe and the team worked so hard to get it done in time and they did, getting me safely on the road. They take great care of me. This is an honest, good mechanic shop.

I took my vehicle in due to one of my doors not locking properly. It was quickly diagnosed and when the part came in, it was replaced promptly. Rob and Joe were effective in their communication and explained everything what was going on.
