We got a nail in our tire and the air was audibly rushing out. We made it to the nearest gas station to add air to the tire, but the hole was so big that it didn't really matter much. We tried to call multiple tire service companies, but since it was Memorial Day no one was open. As a bit of a Hail Mary, we called Bolt Tire. They immediately called us back. They quickly got our information. And even though they were based on the other side of the mountain from our location, they promptly got a technician willing to make the trek on a holiday. They were courteous, efficient and delivered all around great customer service. Due to Bolt, we were able to get safely back to our home in Brooklyn. I can't recommend them enough.
