I can’t say enough great things about Bolton-James. Dallas was incredibly professional and quickly identified the source of a noise my Jeep Wrangler had been making for over a year. I had taken my vehicle to several other auto shops with no answers, but Dallas took the time to keep my Jeep overnight and spent two days tracking down the issue. He even had me test‑drive it before completing the repair to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will continue trusting them with all of my vehicle needs.

When I needed 4 tires on my 2022 Acura I knew I had to talk to Bolton James. I really like their product knowledge and recommendations on the best tire for my car. They also pointed out some abnormal tire wear which caused the tires wear prematurely and recommended an alignment. I always feel comfortable after I leave that I got the best products and service for my car.

Mechanics/ Technicians, always comes to you in the lobby, if their is an issue, you need to be made aware of, found during your initial service request. They are on top of condition of tires, brakes, AC, engine tune-up, all fluids, etc., that might need to be addressed now or in the near future. I went to Bolton James because they came highly recommended by a friend and I am so glad I did! I went to get to new tires and new rims put on my Jeep and am so happy with the way everything turned out! Both Andrew and Hayden were so professional, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating through every interaction that I had with them. Picking out tires and rims was very intimidating to me because I don't know a lot about either but they took the time to go through several options with me and explain everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting.
