I recently purchased a new Volvo XC90. Shortly after driving it, I noticed flat spots on the tires, leading to a bumpy ride and vibrations. I returned the vehicle to the dealer, where my service advisor, Robert, handled the matter efficiently. The Bomnin Volvo Service Department provided outstanding service. Robert was professional, helpful, and attentive. They replaced all four tires and rotors efficiently and without any issues. It was one of the best service experiences I've had at a dealership.

I want to share the extremely uncomfortable and deeply disappointing experience I had at the Bomnin Volvo Service Department in Dadeland yesterday morning (Dec 8, 2026). What happened was unprofessional, unacceptable, and far below the standard expected from a luxury brand. I arrived for my 10:00 a.m. service appointment for my 2024 Volvo XC60 due to a serious safety issue: my entire dashboard went completely dark while driving. I could not see my speed, warnings, or any critical information — a dangerous situation that should have been treated with urgency.
