Honestly? I know Tow yards are not very accomodating when retrieving your car. But? My experience was wonderful. Had my car ready to go. Took care to make sure they didn't get it dirty because he said I kept it so clean, I didn't have a dollar to make change so paid $10 over to get to the amount.. They told me to keep it. I had to call several times but was always met with a friendly tone even though I felt like a pest. The facility was clean and a nice waterfall in the lobby. I was nice and in return? So we're they. They get 5 stars from me for the reasons I just stated!

My experience with this place was scary. As a woman I'm glad I didn't go to their office by myself. The man who I had to deal with was not very nice. He had the scariest eyes and just stared at me. Not friendly and just rude. I'm glad I don't ever have to go back to this place!

BEWARE….they state Theyll hold ur items for 30 days..with a $35 fee of course. If ur 30th day falls on a weekend, which theyre don’t open, don’t even bother calling multiple times stating you’ll be there to retrieve ur personal belongings. They will throw them in the dumpster. Several hundred dollars worth of clothes, purse, shoes ect. And the best their “receptionist “ can say is “she doesn’t check the messages, and ur welcome to dig through the dumpster, that is IF nobody else hasnt already rifled through your things” sounds to me like she may have my personal items!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I would be very careful when picking up your belongings. I called to get my stuff from my towed car & they said I had to pay a “cash” fee of 35$ to retrieve my stuff. I asked them why 35$ they stated because a “clean up fee” why would I need to pay for the car to get “cleaned” if it was repossessed, long story short I called Texas department of licensing and regulation & they stated anytime your vehicle is repossessed , by law you have access to your belongings and do not have to pay the towing companies any money. Long story short I was able to retrieve my things but if they try to charge you a cash fee don’t pay it. By law you have access to your things.

No one likes getting their car towed for any reason. I’m going through a hard situation and the reviews at the place had me terrified!!! I’m happy to report though that everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and kind. The employees do gather your belongings for you but they let me go through it and make sure everything was accounted for and helped me carry it and load it into my fiancés car. I appreciate their kindness and tact in circumstances that are less than favorable. Being a repo company is a tough job that someone has to do whether we like it or not. If you’re kind to the staff you’ll get kindness in return. Thank y’all 😊
